At Drip Lush Vera, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are human-hair wigs and are intended for personal use, we have specific requirements for returns and refunds to protect the quality and hygiene of our products.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
Not have been cut, colored, bleached, washed, styled, or otherwise altered.
Have all original tags, lace, packaging, and accessories attached and intact.
Be free from makeup, perfume, hair products, odors, stains, or other signs of use.
Be returned with proof of purchase or your order number.

Important: For hygiene and health reasons, we cannot accept returns of wigs that have been worn, installed, altered, washed, styled, or otherwise used.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

Wigs that have been worn or installed.
Wigs with cut or altered lace.
Wigs that have been dyed, bleached, permed, washed, or chemically treated.
Custom-made or personalized items.
Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling or improper care.
Gift cards.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

Your order number.
A description of the issue.
Clear photos or videos showing the problem.
Photos of the packaging when applicable.

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

4. How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact us before sending anything back.

Include your order number and the reason for your return request. We will provide return instructions if your request is approved.

Do not send products back without receiving return instructions from us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. Drip Lush Vera is not responsible for items lost or damaged while being returned to us.

If an item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, we may provide a return shipping solution at our discretion.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow your payment provider additional processing time for the refund to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

7. Exchanges

If you need a different item, size, or style, please contact us before returning your order.

Exchanges are subject to product availability and the same eligibility requirements as returns.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have been notified that your refund was issued but have not received it, first check your bank or payment provider account.

9. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee cancellation requests after an order has entered processing or has been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it may need to be handled under our standard return policy.

Drip Lush Vera reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
